Katerina Mantell

Katerina Mantell is a Labor and Employment Attorney at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, specializing in management and executive-side guidance, counseling, and defense in employment matters since May 2022. Previously, Katerina served as an Associate Attorney at McCarter & English, LLP, from April 2019 to April 2022, providing comprehensive management-side counsel on various employment issues, and at Jackson Lewis P.C. from September 2016 to March 2019, focusing on litigation in employment law. Katerina began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, where complex commercial litigation and employment law were analyzed. Earlier experiences also include roles as a Law Clerk at Community Education Centers, Inc., and summer intern positions at federal bankruptcy courts. Katerina holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Government & Law from Lafayette College.
