Justin Chan

Justin Chan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head Legal for Digital Enterprise at BlackRock since October 2010, where responsibilities include managing a team of over 35 attorneys focused on technology and data-driven strategies. In addition to this, Justin is the Co-Chair of the Fintech Advisory Committee at the International Capital Market Association, working to enhance global bond markets through digital ledger technology and artificial intelligence. Justin also holds a position as a Board Member on Axiom's Client Advisory Board, providing strategic feedback on service offerings. Previous roles include Strategist at D. E. Shaw & Co., Vice President and General Counsel at Schrödinger, and Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton. Justin holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School and has extensive education in law from prestigious institutions including the University of Cambridge and the National University of Singapore.
