Robert O'Hara

Robert O'Hara is a highly experienced employment law, HR compliance, and OSHA lawyer currently serving at Axiom Law since May 2024. Previously, Robert was a member at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. from February 2019 to May 2024 and held the position of Senior Vice President of Member Engagement and Assistant General Counsel at the Center for Workplace Compliance from February 2018 to October 2018. Robert also spent over a decade at United Technologies in various roles, including Vice President of Employment Law and Global HR Compliance. Additional experience includes serving as Chairperson at the Center for Workplace Compliance and working as Associate Counsel at Pratt & Whitney. Robert began a legal career as an attorney at Day, Berry & Howard LLP and worked in intelligence roles at the National Security Agency and National Security Council.
