Heather Arce-Torres is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and HR management across various sectors, including healthcare, government, and retail. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Specialist at Patagonia since June 2022, Heather has previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Consultant at The Washington Firm, Ltd. and Director of Human Resources at Samaritan Health Services.
