Sean Rafter has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sean started their career as a Summer Analyst at Ridgetop Research in 2009. Sean then went on to work as a Junior Analyst, Analyst, and Senior Analyst & Head of Institutional Sales at the same company from 2010 to 2015.

In 2015, Sean joined Kurtosys as a Business Development Director for a brief period of ten months. Following this, they moved to Axiom, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Sean started as an Engagement Manager in 2015, and then worked as a Senior Practice Manager in Financial Services from 2017 to 2019. Sean was subsequently promoted to be the Director of Sales for the U.S. Financial Services Practice, and later became the Director of Sales for the North America Financial Services Practice.

Currently, Sean holds the position of Vice President of Sales & Head of North America Financial Services Practice at Axiom. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales, client service, and operations for the practice. Sean's expertise includes creating and executing growth strategies, managing accounts, and overseeing the financial performance of the organization.

Sean Rafter holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Fordham University.
