Alexander Rubin is a seasoned medical engineer currently serving as Group Lead at Axiom Space since September 2021, after previously holding the role of Senior Biomedical Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Biomedical Flight Controller at NASA from September 2015 to August 2021, and as a Quality Engineering Intern at Bell Helicopter during the summer of 2014, where Alexander conducted Failure Modes Effects Analysis and contributed to Corrective Action Board Training. Additionally, Alexander provided math tutoring at the Austin Learning Center from August 2012 to May 2014, focusing on college-level calculus and SAT preparation, and gained experience as a Summer Intern at Lane & McClain Distributors Inc., managing financial reports and developing a collections department. Alexander holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2015.
