Chris Jackson

Deputy Manager - Portable Life Support System at Axiom Space

Chris Jackson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in environmental controls and life support systems. Currently serving as Deputy Manager for the Portable Life Support System at Axiom Space, Chris supports planning activities for various EVA task orders. Previously, as the Structures Group Lead and Mechanical Engineer Staff at Lockheed Martin, Chris contributed to NASA's Orion Multipurpose Crew Vehicle by developing analytical models, frameworks for tubing reuse, and supporting verification processes. Earlier experience includes roles at L-3 Integrated Systems Group as a Structural Engineer II and Mechanical Engineer II, focusing on structural analysis and modifications for commercial wide-body aircraft. Chris holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
