Rachael Hale

Rachael Hale serves as an Associate Crew Scheduler at Axiom Space since November 2022, leveraging extensive experience in educational supervision and program management acquired during a long tenure at Space Center Houston from March 2004 to November 2022. In the capacity of Education Supervisor, Rachael managed HR tasks, developed schedules for over 40 staff across 15 programs, and oversaw the onboarding process. Previous roles included Education Coordinator, where Rachael established work schedules and evaluated events, and Space After Dark Coordinator, focusing on program development and training. Notably, Rachael revitalized the Space School program, significantly increasing revenue, and led various educational initiatives targeting diverse student groups. Rachael obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Houston-Clear Lake between 2007 and 2010.
