Samir R Gandhi

Samir R. Gandhi is a Partner and Co-Founder at Axiom5 Law Chambers LLP, a boutique law practice specializing in competition law and policy in India, since September 2022. In addition, Samir serves as a Visiting Faculty at the National Law School of India University since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Advisor and Senior Partner at AZB & Partners from June 2012 to April 2023, Partner at Economic Laws Practice from April 2005 to June 2012, and Junior Legal Affairs Officer at the World Trade Organization from November 2003 to September 2004. Samir began the legal career at Amarchand Mangaldas as an Associate from August 1999 to August 2002. Academic qualifications include a B.A. LL.B (Hons) from the National Law School of India University, an LLM in Corporate & Commercial Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a period as a Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School.
