Jeff Smathers

Jeff Smathers has worked in Quality Assurance Management since 1998. Jeff began their career at Wolters Kluwer, TAA North America US Small Firms, where they managed quality assurance engineers for the Small Firms' portfolio of desktop and web applications. In 2019, they moved to Akerna Corp. as a Quality Assurance Manager. In 2021, they joined Corvee as a Quality Assurance Manager and in 2022, they moved to Axion BioSystems, where they are currently a Quality Assurance Manager. At Axion BioSystems, Jeff is dedicated to continuing the advancement of new technologies that accelerate research and further the understanding of biological complexity outside of the body.

Jeff Smathers received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University in 2001 and a Master of Arts in Counseling from The University of Alabama in 1988. Jeff also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2016 and an ICAgile Certified Professional - Foundations of DevOps certification from ICAgile in June 2019.
