Madison McIntosh has worked in three different roles since 2012. In 2012, they were a Collegiate Intern at The Japan-America Society of Georgia, where they assisted administrative executives by organizing office materials and information, and managed various social media accounts. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Flight Attendant for Delta Air Lines, where they were responsible for being the safety professional onboard an aircraft, facilitating smooth and on time departures, and providing legendary customer service. Currently, they work as a Customer Service Representative II at Axion BioSystems, where they facilitate the logistics of repair services, acts as a liaison between customers and Operations, and maintains current service plan contracts for Axion's global customer base.
Madison McIntosh obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Oglethorpe University between 2012 and 2016. In 2021, they obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Creative Cloud Crash Course, Google Analytics Essential Training, and SEO Foundations.
