Maria Angela "Maya" Freites

Maria Angela "Maya" Freites has extensive experience in graphic design. In 2021, they were hired as Creative Lead at Axion BioSystems. From 2020 to 2021, they were Lead Graphic Designer at the Fulton County Board of Health, where they were responsible for re-branding and setting a new visual style for the whole agency, creating eye-catchy visual concepts to promote services and events for the Fulton County community, and creating all the agency's printed and digital assets. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a freelance graphic designer. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Graphic Designer and Art Teacher at POR ARTE DE PIEDRA.

Maria Angela "Maya" Freites obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Universidad del Zulia in 2014. In 2015, they completed an Adobe INDESIGN course at Posa Studio Creativo. Maria Angela "Maya" also completed a Webmaster course in Graphic Design at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín in 2015.
