Josh Harkleroad

Josh Harkleroad is an experienced professional in total rewards and workforce planning, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Axios since July 2023. Previously, Josh held various positions at The Trevor Project, including Director of Total Rewards & Workforce Planning and Director of People Strategy, from June 2022 to July 2023. Prior roles include Manager of Total Rewards at Great Lakes Cheese (June 2019 - June 2022), Manager of Support Center & Executive Compensation at Signet Jewelers (November 2015 - June 2019), and several positions in executive compensation at Signet Jewelers. Josh began the career at Sherwin Williams, working as a Financial Analyst and Corporate Internal Auditor from May 2012 to November 2015. Josh Harkleroad holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
