Lauren Nathanson

Lauren Nathanson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lauren'smost recent role was as the VP of People Operations at Axios, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at LaunchDarkly as the Sr. Director of People Operations from August 2022 to July 2023, and as the Director of People Operations from May 2021 to August 2022. Lauren also worked at Pluralsight as the Head of People Technology from November 2019 to May 2021, and as the Head of People Operations and HRIS from December 2017 to November 2019. Lauren gained experience in the field of human resources at Vivint Solar, where they served as the Director of Human Resources Operations from August 2017 to December 2017, and as the Director of Human Resources Information Technology from March 2015 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, Lauren worked at Extra Space Storage as the Sr. Manager of Total Rewards & HRIS from January 2012 to April 2015, and as the HR Records Manager from March 2008 to January 2012. Lauren started their professional journey at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas as a Records Analyst from June 2006 to March 2008, and at HBMG Inc. as a Document Control Specialist from 2004 to 2006.

Lauren Nathanson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southwestern University between 2000 and 2004. Lauren later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2013 to 2014. In 2011, they obtained the Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
