Sareen Habeshian

Sareen Habeshian is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in reporting, media production, and content management. Currently serving as a Breaking News Reporter at Axios since August 2022, Sareen specializes in reporting and aggregating breaking and enterprise stories. Prior to this role, Sareen worked at the USC Institute of Armenian Studies as a Media Content and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included launching a podcast and video program, managing social media accounts, and planning large-scale events. Additional experience includes positions at KTLA as a Digital News Producer, The Civilitas Foundation as a Reporter and Producer, and various other roles in media production and journalism across notable organizations. Sareen holds a Master of Science in Journalism from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Armenian Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
