Dev Rathore, PMP, currently serves as Manager of Fleet Performance & Optimization at Axip Energy Services, LP, focusing on natural gas compression services and digital solutions. Dev's previous roles include Solutions Engineer for Strategic Accounts and Engineering Analyst at VIAS, where Dev contributed to technical simulation services. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston's Department of Mechanical Engineering and an Engineering Intern at Wood. Prior to these positions, Dev Rathore was a Product Design Engineer II at FMC Technologies, where extensive involvement in project engineering, new product development, and continuous improvement projects for leading oil and gas companies took place. Education consists of a Master’s Degree in Subsea Engineering from the University of Houston and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and the Army Institute of Technology, alongside coursework in computer fundamentals at Houston Community College.
