Henk Honders has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Henk began their career in 1989 as a Sales Representative at Lorje and worked there until 1995. From 1995 to 2007, they served in a business development role at Topcall International AG. Following this, from 2007 to 2010, Henk held the position of Director of EMEA Sales and Business Development at Kofax Austria GmbH. Henk then joined BPMpartner B.V. as the Business Development Manager for Customer Communication Management, where they worked from 2010 to 2020. In 2020, Henk worked as a Trainer/Consultant at YEARTH Academy, focusing on maximizing the potential of individuals and organizations through high-impact training programs. Henk then served as the Co-Owner of Pointsharp Benelux & France, where they were responsible for business development from 2012 to 2023. From 2021 to 2023, Henk worked as the Director of Global Sales & Consulting Education at Cognizant, specializing in sales training and coaching. Currently, they hold the position of EMEA Sales Trainer & Enablement Lead at Axis Communications.

Henk Honders completed their MBA in General Management from Keele University between 2001 and 2003. Before that, they attended HEAO Utrecht from 1978 to 1982, where they studied Economics.
