Pavel Marek

Pavel Marek is an experienced sales manager with a strong background in strategic sales management across Eastern and Central Europe. Since February 2018, Pavel has served as the Sales Manager for Eastern Europe at Axis Communications, overseeing a team of nine and responsible for performance across 20 countries from Poland to Greece. Previously, Pavel held the role of Sales Manager for Central Eastern Europe, managing performance across 15 countries, and Sales Manager for Central Europe, focusing on the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Key Account Manager at Philips Lighting, where Pavel drove B2B excellence and managed a team, as well as roles at Toyota Tsusho Europe S.A. and Continental Automotive Systems. Pavel holds an Ing. degree in Economics and Management in Electrical Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague, complemented by additional education at HOGENT.
