Therese Ruland

Therese Ruland is an experienced HR specialist currently serving as the HR Group Functional Lead within Recruitment at Axis Communications since January 2013, where the focus is on leading and developing global processes. Prior to this role, Therese worked as a Recruiter at Experis IT Sweden from February 2010 to January 2013, following the merger of Elan IT and Manpower Professional. Earlier experience includes serving as a Product Manager at Resources on Internet AB in 2009, focusing on internet recruitment and digital tools, and as a Research Manager at Retention Group from 2007 to 2009, where responsibility included sourcing and creative search for hard-to-find competencies. Therese holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Lund University, earned between 1999 and 2006.
