Abhinanda Rudra

Abhinanda Rudra has over 19 years of extensive experience in the banking sector, primarily with Axis Bank since January 2004, progressing from Front Desk Officer to Vice President and Regional Head of Learning & Development. In this role, Abhinanda manages learning interventions for approximately 15,000 employees in the eastern region, focusing on strategic and individual learning to enhance employee performance. Previous roles include Deputy Vice President, where responsibilities included heading Behavioral Training and SME Retail Banking, and Assistant Vice President, overseeing functional and behavioral training for around 5,000 employees. Abhinanda also has experience in various cross-functional roles such as Branch Banking and has worked at the Bank of Tokyo, Mitsubishi as a Special Assistant in Export LC. Educational credentials include certifications from IIBF & NIBM, along with a B.Sc in Zoology/Animal Biology from Calcutta University.
