Himanshu Kumar currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of National Collection Operations, Strategy & Projects at Axis Bank, where they handle nationwide collection operations and implement digital strategies to enhance efficiency. Previously, Himanshu held the position of Zonal Customer Service Head at Vodafone Idea and has extensive experience in customer lifecycle management across various telecom companies, including Reliance Communications and Tata Teleservices. They hold an Executive MBA in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and multiple degrees from Amity University and Deshbandhu College.
