Rahul Trivedi

Rahul Trivedi is an experienced professional specializing in customer experience transformation, currently serving as AVP at Axis Bank since November 2019. Prior to this role, Rahul held various managerial positions, including Team Manager at L&T Financial Services and Project Manager in the Quality Initiative Group at HDFC Bank, where expertise in customer research and analytics was demonstrated.
