Claire Holland

Claire Holland is an experienced professional in operational leadership, currently serving as the Head of Operations - Global Markets at AXIS, where responsibilities include COO roles for both Axis Managing Agency and Axis Specialty Europe. Prior roles at AXIS include positions such as Business Partner - Operations and Customer Operations Manager. Previously, Claire held various positions at Lloyd's of London, including Manager of the Conduct Standards Assurance Team and Claims Performance Manager, and at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, serving as Customer Relationship Manager and Claims Team Leader.
