David Phillips

David Phillips is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at AXIS Capital since April 2014. Prior to this, David was with Oppenheimer Capital as the Director of Research from 1996 to 2007 and with Marakon Associates as a Senior Associate from 1990 to 1994. David also held positions at PartnerRe as the Head of Investments and Head of Capital Assets from 2007 to March 2014.
