Catherine Siu

Catherine Siu is the Chief Investment Officer and founding partner of FairCap. Catherine is a capital markets professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in both debt and equity.

Prior to FairCap, she managed a diversified credit portfolio of nearly C$18BN for MUFG Bank Canada, which saw profit grow at a CAGR of 20% over the last 5 years. She managed the portfolio using an “all weather” approach that performed through various credit cycles. Her previous experience as a sell-side equity analyst at Canaccord Genuity has given her the acumen for corporate and asset valuation, which is integral in deal structuring.

Catherine holds a Bcomm. degree from the Haskayne School of Business at University of Calgary and the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
