Eliana C. has a comprehensive work experience in marketing and customer management. Eliana is currently working as the Insurance Marketing Lead at AXIS Capital since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at RSA for many years, holding various roles such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Strategy, Marketing & Customer Consultant for Europe. Eliana also had experience as the Head of Proposition & Insight and Head of Customer Management at RSA. Before joining RSA, they had worked at Chubb as the Head of Broker Marketing from July 2019 to April 2021. Eliana's early career involved working as a Research Centre Assistant at Istituto Giannina Gaslini.

Eliana C. completed the RSA Global Leadership Development 2-years Programme at Fast Track Leadership Development from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Law University starting in 1994, and before that, they attended Civic International Institute (Liceo) Grazia Deledda.
