Helen Steadman

Helen Steadman is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Cargo at AXIS Capital since November 2016. Prior to this role, Helen held the position of Class Underwriter - Cargo at Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (London Holdings) from October 2007 to November 2016. Helen also gained valuable experience as Vice President at Marsh between November 2003 and October 2007 and began a career in insurance as a Graduate Trainee at WILLIS FABER & DUMAS LIMITED from September 1997 to November 2003. In terms of education, Helen holds a Master of Arts in Italian Studies from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
