Jade Harding

Jade Harding has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They started their career at Travelers, where they worked as a Paralegal and later transitioned into a Product Analyst role. At Response Insurance, they served as a Product Analyst, conducting research and analysis on policy language, forms, and competitor activity. They then joined Beazley as a Compliance Auditor, Underwriting Counsel, and eventually as the Underwriting Counsel for New Product Development. In these roles, Jade liaised with underwriters, supported compliance efforts, and drafted policy documents. Following this, they worked at IFG Companies as a General Liability Product Developer. Currently, Jade is employed at AXIS (AXIS Capital), where they have held positions such as Senior Product Counsel, Assistant Vice President- Product Development, and their current role as Director of Product Development.

Jade Harding attended the University of Connecticut School of Law from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. Prior to that, they studied at Alabama State University from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jade has obtained various certifications such as "Improving Your Judgment," "Problem Solving Techniques," "Solving Business Problems," and "Writing a Business Case" from LinkedIn. Jade also holds the RPLU certification (obtained in 2014) and is a member of the Connecticut Bar (obtained in 2010).
