Karen Baldwin

Karen Baldwin has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Karen started their career as a Media Liability Underwriter at Employers Reinsurance Corporation in 1990. Karen then worked at Chubb Specialty Insurance as an Assistant Vice President, managing the Media Liability and Safety'Net business from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, they joined One Beacon Professional Partners to develop a new Media Liability Unit. In 2005, they moved to Media/Professional Insurance as the Director of Business Development, and continued this role when the company was acquired by AXIS Capital in 2007. At AXIS Capital, they held various roles, including Vice President of Media, Film & Entertainment Product Leader and business development, marketing, and project management positions. Throughout their career, Karen has been involved in underwriting, marketing, business development, and product management in the media and entertainment insurance sector.

Karen Baldwin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Gettysburg College, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Karen also obtained a certification as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in 1999.
