Kevin Pierce Cpa

Kevin Pierce has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Kevin is currently the Head of Controls and Change Management for the Global Corporate Controller at AXIS Capital, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Management Information Center of Excellence Lead, Finance Operations at AXIS Capital from November 2018 to April 2021. Before joining AXIS Capital, Kevin worked at AIG as the Director of Financial Controls, Data Integrity and Financial Systems for AIG Benefits Solutions from 2007 to 2015. Kevin also held positions at Standard & Poor's as the Finance Manager of the Segment Operations Group in 2006 and at Wyndham Worldwide as the Director of Finance and Information Systems from 2004 to 2006. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as an Accounting Supervisor and Lead Financial Analyst, at Midlantic Bank NA as an Accountant, and at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a Junior Accountant. With their CPA, PMP, and CITP certifications, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise to their roles in finance and accounting.

Kevin Pierce CPA, PMP, CITP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from Monmouth University from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Methodist University from 1987 to 1989. Kevin completed their high school education at Bishop AHR High School from 1983 to 1987. Kevin also holds the certifications of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs-New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. Kevin is additionally a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
