Mike McKenna

Mike McKenna is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as the Head of North America at AXIS Capital since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mike was the Chief Underwriting Officer at Falvey Insurance Group from May 2021 to May 2023. Mike's extensive background includes leadership positions at The Hartford, where responsibilities included CUO Global Specialty, and at The Navigators Group, where Mike was President of the US Marine Division and Senior Vice President of Ceded Re Marine & Energy. Early in the career, Mike held senior roles at Aon Benfield and American Hull Insurance Syndicate. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan College between 1986 and 1990.
