Matt Finch

Matt Finch is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Senior M&A Manager at Axis CLC since May 2025. Previously, Matt held the position of Group Corporate Development Manager at SIG plc from June 2022 to January 2025 and worked at Royal Mail as Mergers and Acquisitions Manager and Associate from February 2019 to June 2022. Early career experience includes roles at Crowe UK as Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Executive, following a traineeship in audit. Matt's foundational experience includes internships with the IFRS Foundation and IBM, where Matt focused on financial analysis. An ACA qualification was achieved with first-time passes on all 15 examinations. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business & Modern Languages (Spanish) from Aston University, completed in 2013, and attended Oakwood Park Grammar School from 2001 to 2008.
