Sonali Sheth has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Sonali is currently the Medical Director of Population Health at Axis Community Health since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UW Medicine as a Family Practice Physician from 2015 to present, where they provided primary care services with a focus on lifestyle medicine, reproductive health, prenatal care, transgender care, Suboxone provision, and chronic disease management. Sonali also held the position of Resident Physician at UW Medicine from 2015 to February 2020. Sonali Sheth also has experience as a Family Physician at HealthPoint (CHC) from September 2018 to January 2020.
Sonali Sheth pursued their education at various institutions. From 2015 to 2018, they attended the University of Washington, where they completed a Residency in Family Medicine. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they obtained a Doctor of Medicine - MD degree from the University of California, San Francisco, with a focus on Medicine. Sonali began their undergraduate studies in 2006 at UCLA, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Musicology and Ethnomusicology.

Las Positas Blvd. in Pleasanton. With 28 exam rooms and 8 mental health counseling rooms, our new clinic will double our capacity and enable us to serve everyone who needs care. ♦ Our History Axis began in 1972 as a health center for low-income children, and over the years has grown to provide medical care for all ages. We also offer mental health counseling services, outpatient addiction recovery programs, a WIC nutrition program and school and community-based services. We have six sites, and serve more than 14,000 people.
