Clay Holland has a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Clay currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Axis Energy Services, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Well Servicing at the same company.
Before joining Axis Energy Services, Holland worked at ClearWell Dynamics, LLC from 2018 to 2022. During their time there, they held the positions of East Texas Regional Manager and Division Manager.
From 2013 to 2018, Holland was employed at Key Energy Services. Clay held various roles at the company, including Director of Gulf Coast Operations, Northern Region, District Manager, and Account Leader.
Their work experience also includes a role as a Field Associate at Halliburton from 2012 to 2013.
Clay Holland pursued their education, starting in 2006 at Sam Houston State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Clay attended the university for a period of five years, completing their studies in 2011. After a gap of ten years, from 2011 to 2021, Clay decided to further their education by enrolling at Texas A&M University School of Law. Clay is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies degree with a specialization in Energy, Oil, and Gas Law. Clay is expected to complete their studies in 2023.
