Justin Bliffen

Justin Bliffen is a seasoned leader in the energy sector, currently serving as CEO and Founder of both Energy Overwatch and Carbon Shield, focusing on compliance and emissions risk management and innovative solutions for oil and gas asset retirement, respectively. Additionally, Justin holds board member positions at Axis Energy Services and the Energy Workforce & Technology Council and serves on the advisory board of the Western Energy Alliance. Previously, Justin was the CEO and Founder of Brigade Energy Services, successfully enhancing well servicing efficiency, and held roles as CFO at Triangle Petroleum Corporation, VP in Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs, and Naval Officer in the US Navy. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
