Prior to this, Vishal held the position of EA to the MD & CEO at Axis Capital Ltd., focusing on enhancing the company’s presence in corporate investment banking. Vishal's tenure at Axis Bank Ltd. included roles such as Dy. Vice President in Equity Capital Markets, where responsibilities encompassed business prospecting and deal execution, as well as as Assistant Vice President and Manager focusing on compliance and regulatory coordination. Vishal began professional training as a Company Secretary at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, achieving the designation of ACS. Educational credentials include degrees in Commerce and Law from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, along with company secretarial qualifications.
