Our CEO, Martin Granados, built the organization off the idea that staffing and recruiting organizations either acted with urgency or some would offer quality candidates. He realized that choice companies had to make wasn’t a choice he was willing to offer. He realized that every company is different, every position is different, so he chose to do things differently.
