Kristin Hanson

Kristin Hanson, M.A., BCBA, LBA has a diverse work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Kristin started their career as a Graduate Student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2009. After completing their studies in 2011, Kristin gained practical experience at The Pier Center for Autism, where they worked as both a Behavior Technician and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from July 2015 to March 2016. In 2016, they joined METRO WEST LEARNING CENTER, LLC as a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst & ABA Clinic Supervisor, leaving in October 2017. Finally, in November 2017, Kristin founded their own organization called Axis Therapy Centers and currently serves as the Founder & CEO.

Kristin Hanson, M.A., BCBA, LBA has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand View University, which was obtained from 2006 to 2008. Kristin then earned their Master's degree in Child & Adolescent Psychology from The Chicago School from 2009 to 2010. Kristin went on to complete a BCBA Respecialization program at The Chicago School from 2010 to 2011. In November 2015, they obtained a certification in Behavior Analysis from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
