Gairik Ghosh

Gairik Ghosh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and General Manager & Head of Learning & Development at AXISCADES since December 2016. Gairik has a strong background in L&D strategy, resource management, and knowledge management, alongside leading special projects and change initiatives. Prior to AXISCADES, Gairik worked as a Principal Consultant at QAI and Stratandops, providing consulting services in Human Capital Management to a diverse range of industries including IT, finance, and manufacturing. Gairik's earlier roles encompassed various HR leadership positions across organizations, with a focus on competence building, performance management, and training. Gairik holds a PGDHRM from Symbiosis and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
