Ivonne de la Rosa Jiménez is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and strategic alliances, currently serving as Líder Subpráctica Customer Success at Axity since June 2008. In this role, responsibilities include developing adoption plans for Cisco Networks and Security practices, maintaining Advanced Customer Experience specialization, and managing service contracts.
