José Angel Tinoco

José Angel Tinoco has a strong work experience spanning various roles and companies. José Angel started their career as a Gerente de Sistemas at Bancomext in 1999 and worked there until 2006. José Angel then joined IDS Comercial as a Director de Administración de Proyectos y Recursos Humanos from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Intellego / Certum as a Director Comercial / Operaciones from 2010 to 2012. José Angel then moved to ADAM Technologies International, where they served as the Channel Partner Program and Adam Institute Director from 2012 to 2015. After that, they joined Intellego as the Director de Operaciones, PMO and RM from 2015 to 2017. Later, they joined axity and held various positions including Director de operaciones GDC-México from 2017 to 2018, Director del Centro de Desarrollo de Software NOLA (CMMI N5 y TMMI N5) from 2018 to 2020, Director de Automatización y Operaciones (servicios remotos administrados) from 2020 to 2021, and currently serves as the Director de Operaciones & CCO México y USA since January 2021.

José Angel Tinoco's education history begins in 1993 when they attended IPN-UPIICSA and obtained a Lic. en ciencias de la informática degree in Estudios multidisciplinarios/interdisciplinarios in 1997. In 2001, they pursued a Diplomado en reingenieria de procesos from ITESM CCM. In 2019, they completed an Online Program in Leadership and Innovation from MIT Professional Education. Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, they attended IZO and obtained a Diploma of Education in Customer Experience. José Angel also holds additional certifications, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy and Scrum Master Certified from Scrum Study MK, both obtained in 2017.
