Karoline Amtoft-Christensen

Karoline Amtoft-Christensen currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Axlab since January 2025. Prior to this role, Karoline was the Global Human Resources Manager at Visiopharm from February 2021 to January 2025, contributing to a leader in AI-driven Precision Pathology solutions. Previous experiences include positions as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at GEA Group from April 2018 to January 2021, and an expat in London between 2016 and 2017. Karoline began their career at ATP as an HR Consultant and Personal Assistant to the COO from January 2011 to April 2015, and also worked as a Personal Assistant to the Danish Defence Attaché in Lithuania from August 2007 to May 2010. Karoline's earlier work experience includes a role as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte from January 2002 to August 2004. Karoline holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Laws from Aarhus University and a degree in Psychology from Aalborg University.
