Melony Hughes

Melony Hughes, MBA, serves as the Director of People & Culture at Kamp Grizzly since March 2021 and previously held roles at the American Advertising Federation, including Senior Manager of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Manager of the Mosaic Center & Education Services. With a background in education program coordination at the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation, Melony facilitated initiatives aimed at enhancing opportunities and diversity in the broadcast industry. Prior experience includes a position as Program Assistant at UNCF. Melony holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Point Park University, with additional studies at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
