Tove Rugsveen

Tove Rugsveen is an experienced leader in sales and customer care with a strong background in the Nordic and European markets. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Care and Operations at Axlab since January 2024, Tove previously held the position of Regional Sales Director for PM-International, where responsibilities included developing sales across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland from April 2021 to August 2023. Tove's long tenure at NSE from 2001 to 2020 included roles such as Director of Sales North Europe, where Tove managed a €47 million turnover, budget responsibilities, and led a team across various regions. Tove's educational background includes studies at BI Norwegian Business School and project management training at Copenhagen Business Academy.
