Jasmine Monroe

Jasmine Monroe is a seasoned professional in talent management and operational support, currently serving as the Program Manager of Talent Management at Axle since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jasmine worked at The Mom Project as a Talent Readiness Manager, contributing to the organization's mission of empowering working moms. Jasmine's experience includes managing operational support and compliance at TEKsystems, where significant achievements included leading a high-performing compliance team and promoting associates. Additional roles include project management at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE and various leadership positions at Target, where Jasmine oversaw guest experience and logistics.
