Matthew R. Ciszek

Matthew R. Ciszek is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at American Exchange Group since January 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President of Design & Development at Marc Fisher Footwear from March 2011 to February 2023, overseeing collections for brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Guess. Additional experience includes a role as a Freelance Designer at Collective Brands, Inc. in 2010 and as an Assistant Designer at Beltsville Fashion Group from February 2009 to June 2010. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Accessories Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, earned in 2011.
