Justin Mills

Justin Mills is a seasoned professional in design engineering with extensive experience at Patagonia since December 2017, progressing through various roles including Sr. Design Engineer, Design Engineer, Designer (EDP), Quality Testing Technician, and Customer Experience Guide. Prior to this, Justin served as Sew Shop Director at Mile High WorkShop from January 2018 to January 2019, and held positions as Repair Technician at Boulder Mountain Repair and Production Technician at Static Climbing. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science: Conservation and Sustainability from Oregon State University, completed between 2015 and 2017, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mathematics from San Diego Miramar College, obtained from 2013 to 2015.
