Bobbie M. Hedley, MHA, serves as a Senior Compensation Analyst in Total Rewards at Axogen, responsible for conducting market research, managing annual compensation processes, and leading compensation projects. Previously, Bobbie held similar positions at Marathon Health, Citi, UF Health, and several other organizations, demonstrating extensive expertise in compensation program development, job analysis, benchmarking, and HRIS automation. Bobbie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration from Champlain College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Norwich University, complemented by a certificate in German Studies from the Goethe Institute.
