Pat Healy

Pat Healy is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as the Senior Regional Business Development Manager for Breast Reconstruction at Axogen since March 2022. In this role, Pat focuses on the Resensation surgical nerve repair technique, aimed at restoring sensation post-mastectomy. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at AbbVie as a Senior Hospital Surgical Sales Representative and Field Sales Trainer, where support was provided to plastic surgeons with a comprehensive portfolio in breast reconstruction prior to AbbVie’s acquisition of LifeCell. Pat's career also includes a tenure at E. & J. Gallo Winery, initially as a Sales Representative and later as a Regional Sales Manager, leading a sales team. Pat holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Sacred Heart University.
