Shashank Kabra

Shashank Kabra is a skilled professional with extensive experience in biomedical engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Student Mentor at Ambition In Motion since September 2024, Shashank has been with Axogen since May 2011, progressing through roles from Intern to Staff Engineer while managing production records and ensuring compliance with quality systems. Shashank is also the Founder of Biomedical Times and has previous experience as a Clinical Intern at Shands Hospital, assisting with quality checks and database management. Earlier in the career, Shashank completed a Field Engineering Internship at Philips, focusing on the installation of medical imaging equipment. Shashank holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, complemented by certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma.
